A and B can be eliminated firstly by applying rules of essential(that) and non essential (which) information.
we use that in case of essential inf and which for non ess inf.

D is wrong i think bcoz of thus realizing is incorrectly modifying employees
E is wrong bcoz of they(ambiguous -no clear refrence b/n employers and employees)
