Wharton: early career candidate

22 Male, Canadian

Education:
Honours BBA Concentration in Finance, Co-op Option from Brock University (AACSB accredited school)
-90% average (puts me somewhere in the top 3 out of 500)
International Exchange at Burgundy School of Business, Dijon, France (supposedly considered a top French school, took masters level classes there)

Passed CFA Level I exam
Honours Derivatives Fundamentals Course (course from Canadian securities institute)
Honours Canadian Securities Course (course from Canadian securities institute)

GMAT: 720 V41 Q48 AWA 4 (should I rewrite to try and get a better AWA, I didn't prep for it at all?)

Work experience:
Assistant to Investment Advisor - RBC Dominion Securities: worked with a team that had roughlt 300 clients and managed $250M
Financial Analyst - General Motors: worked in finance team at GM's largest plant in North America
Production Supervisor - General Motors: had 32 employees reporting to me.
-Student accountant of local property management company: I ran the payroll of 40 employees, took care of accounts payable and ran variance analysis on all budgets
-also have 2 years of lifeguarding experience

Extracurricular involvement:
-First place in Financial Services at Delta Epsilon Chi's International Career Development Conference in Anaheim, California
-various other podium finishes in case competitions
-executive of a student finance club
-volunteered for various business student association hosted events

Any advice as to how competitive my application is would be greatly appreciated.
