GMAT prep PS question

Just substitute the values and solve for answer,

85=9/5 * C + 32 hence 9C/5=53 solving we get C=265/9=29.4 C.)

Ans = C.)

is the OA C??

85-32 = 53

53 x 5/9 = 29.44
