OA is D
I think this is not a difficult question, but I got it wrong and would like to see how others would solve it.

Thank you

From question stem we can get:
g(2)=(2^2+2)/(2-1)=6 --> 1/g(2)=1/6
g(x)=(x^2+2)/(x-1) --> 1/g(x)=(x-1) /(x^2+2)

[1/g(2)]*[1/g(x)] = (x-1) /6(x^2+2)

Choose D.
