So I didn't beat the GMAT...

by bww » Wed Jun 06, 2007 6:24 pm
...top 5% verbal and perfect (6.0) essay score, but ended up with a 610. pretty clear just how much work my quant needs! wish i didn't have to deal with it again, but at least i feel better about it and have a good grasp of what i need to work on. wish i would have found this site months ago...

anyway, best of luck to others.

Fantastic Verbal and AWA score. The fact that you can ace in these sections speaks volumes about your caliber.

Just concentrate on quant and practice relevant stuff like crazy....

All the best

Just echoing 800GMAT--great work on verbal and AWA! Are you planning to re-take to improve your quant?

oh you bet...i need a little time off but am planning to take it again in early fall so i don't lose too much momentum. it's 700+ or bust! i think 90 points will be pretty reasonable to make up.

i'll be back on this forum full-time soon enough.
