Circle w/ radius of 1 centered at the origin (i.e. 0,0). So the circle reaches to 1 and -1 on the x axis and 1 and -1 on the y axis.

1) X intercept >1 tells you that the line has a point greater than 1 on the X axis , you know nothing about the slope of the line or the y intercept

INSUFF

2) slope is -1/10. No other info regarding the line. We would need the x or y intecept to solve.

INSUFF

Now together...

Slope is -1/10 and the X int. is greater than 1 but could be 1 million for all we know. Without knowing the exact x int we cannot make a determination.
