One of the schools I am applying to has aked me to write 3 reasons why I should be selected by the school.
My question is, what do b-schools expect from a question like this? i have no community service so I plan to include a personal strength and 2 work related experiences. Is that good? Or do they want to know just my professional achievements?
Plus, as part of my application, I will include a resume which will have the details of my projects and the impact they have had (e.g. xx% increase in sales). Should I be repeating the impacts in my essay as part of my professional achievements?

Hi Nick,
I would recommend taking a step back and thinking about what skill sets or unique characterstics you want to demonstrate to AdCom. Then answer accordingly. Both personal and professional skill sets are fine. Just make sure you provide clear examples as evidence.
To your second question, yes - you should highlight any professional expereince/achievements in your essays.
Good luck,
N
