Why dont you go back in the preparation mode for the next few days.
I mean take a break for a week.
Go hard on verbal preparation.

How many practice tests have you taken? If the 560 you mention is your only attempt, I suggest taking another test soon to see how accurate the 560 is.nidhisinha wrote:I am taking my GMAT on Oct 20th. And i'm scoring miserably. Q 45 , V - 23 . Total 560.

If the 560 score is indicative of other practice test scores, then it might be wise to reschedule your test. A 120-point increase within 2 weeks is pretty optimistic, especially if you're working.

@ Brent,
I have taken 4 tests now. Initially scored 640, 670, 590, 560.. So in short its deteriorating with preparations.
@ Siddharth,
I'm going to take a week and a half's break before the exam. Will that be sufficient??
All your inputs are appreciated.

That's better. These scores suggest that you could be reasonably close to your target score.nidhisinha wrote:@ Brent,

You still have some time, but you need to use it wisely. If you've identified content weaknesses, then work on those. If your main weakness is taking the test (and managing time, stress, fatigue, etc), then keep taking practice tests.

Brent
