Do you have a geographical preference? I might be forgetting some, but here area few of the best programs I can think of off the top of my head (I'm a CPA with a master's in accounting).
U. of Southern California (my alma mater!)
Brigham Young U.
U. of Washington
U. of Illinois
U. of Texas
U. of Florida
U. of North Carolina
Notre Dame U.
Boston College
... and many, many more.
The job market in accounting is such that it doesn't matter a whole lot where you get your master's degree. Obviously, there are better and worse schools, but whether you go to, say, U of North Carolina or U of South Carolina will not really make a difference. My advice is to pick a school in the geographical region where you hope to work after graduation, as it makes on campus recruiting much easier (i.e., don't go to USC if you hope to work in Boston).
Let me know if you have more questions.

@ Aleksandr: sorry for creating an extra topic and thank you for giving me the links. They are really helpful.
@ Jim: thank you for the information. I am in Missouri right now and I would like to be in Missouri even people say it is misery However, I want to have some names in my mind so I can prepare in case the school in MO gets tough. And since you are a CPA, would you mind if I ask you privately some questions about CPA and accounting firms?

If you want to stay in Missouri, I'd apply to schools in Missouri and surrounding states - no need to move to Los Angeles, for example. Your on campus recruiting experience will be a lot smoother if you're in the same region as the city in which you'd like to work.
Probably the highest-regarded school in the region is U. of Illinois, but I imagine that any of the big state universities in MO and around the midwest (e.g., U of Kansas, U of Iowa, U of Minnesota) would be fine. Most MAcc programs are at public schools, but also check out Washington U - St Louis, Vanderbilt, and Notre Dame.
Feel free to ask me more questions.

Hey...u shud really check out the Masters for Rutgers University. I know the department head who teaches classes for the MA in Accountancy. He's a brilliant man. You should definitely thinking about coming to Rutgers. All the big four accounting firms hire from this school for audit and tax. You'll learn a lot, AND you'll be able to get a good job. Goodluck on ur decision!
Hit or Miss!
