I eliminated options with Since as because is the better word that is used when an explanation of cause is given.. A and E are out. C is awkward
Betweem A and D.. if not most, i found it better
Well, quite close options ......
A says 'likely most'...ummm somehow not very convincing.
D says 'if not most'.....'would' ........I believe the use of would with if is considered wrong in GMAT, rather GMAT prefers WILL with if...can ne1 confirm this??
IMO A

Hi,
OA is D, but I am still confused, I didn't knew that use of "whether" is wrong with "if"
Anyways, thanks all of you for prompt replies, this was my first post
