Dear Arpan,
First, you need to clarify that your education satisfies the degree requirement for those schools. The B.Com degree is not viewed as equivalent to a 4-yr US bachelor's degree; however, some schools in the UK and Europe will see your B.Com as equivalent to their bachelor's degree requirement. After that, you will want to measure your profile against their class profiles. If your GMAT and academic record in college are near/above the average for these schools, then you have a good shot of admission.
I do think you have some interesting work experience that will distinguish you from other applicants from India. You have gained some quality managerial experience with an international flavor, so use it to your advantage in your applications. The only real concern the schools might have will be on your verbal score on the GMAT. It will be important to show your English proficiency in your essays, interview, and on the TOEFL.
Best of luck,
Lisa
