Can anyone explain the status of integer 0. Manhattan considers it a positive even integer whereas GMAT Books dont. Please clear the status.

Can you quote the reference for the MGMAT (page number /prob) etc?

0 is neither positive nor negative.

0 is an even integer.

"0" is an even number. However, it is not considered +ve or -ve. It is just nuetral.

Zero is an even integer - the GMAT sometimes likes to test this fact.

Zero is neither positive or negative - I'm pretty sure that MGMAT would not claim that zero is positive. They might say that zero is non-negative, but that doesn't mean that it's positive.

Cheers,
