Hello Brent,
I have signed up for the 60 day GMAT study guide twice but I am not receiving any e-mails.
Should I sign up again? Or can someone please help me with this?
Thank you very much.

I contacted Sorin about not having received the 1st day after 24 hours through a private message on the site but it doesn't seem to be going through. The message is still in my outbox and I can't figure out how to actually send it. Is the outbox where the messages go before they are read or something? I noticed that these problems with not receiving the1st email have all been in the last month, I hope there is not something wrong with this email since I just spent $130 getting the video series that is recommended.

I believe that messages remain in your Outbox until the recipient actually opens the message. Then it moves to the Sent folder.
However, this does not necessarily mean that the recipient has not read your message, since people do receive an email when a message appears in their inbox, and this message can be read in the body of the email.
I hope that helps.
Cheers,
Brent
