Consider the following points josuemgallegos:

- The work profile and the fact that you've stayed put on the education side is great. It will be important to understand however your achievements at the workplace, especially in the current consulting space. This will also beget the question of why MBA if you are already in that space.

- The academic arc too looks good. That, with your GMAT score should definitely pull your case well.

- The school choices might be worth a further thought given your career plans. Read here. Do bear in mind that MBB may not necessarily hire fresh MBA grads for a specific practice.

Hope this helps some.

I love your profile! Everything looks super here: career vision, numbers, experience, community service. We've had great success with applicants who have passed through Teach for America; it gives you leadership at an early age, and often drops you into some unusual urban environments as well; top business schools seem to love it. The only thing I can find to suggest is that you step outside the limits of "Consortium" and look at non-participating schools such as HBS. Why not?

Good luck!
