Hi i have just completed my engineering from electronics and telecommunication branch. I don't have any work experience so i just wanted to know is it necessary to have a work experience to give GMAT exam and to get a good college or without any work experience can we can give the GMAT exam and pursue the MBA course from foreign university?

Your GMAT score is valid for five years, so there's no reason to put off taking the test. The question of whether you need some work experience before applying to mba programs will depend on which programs you're interested in, but know that it is rare for students to go directly from college to an mba program. As David has already mentioned, there's no harm in starting your GMAT prep now since your scores will be valid for 5 years. However, if you're unsure of your overall standing/profile, feel free to reach out to admissions officers at the schools you're interested in applying to for more information. They'll be able to shed any light on whether or not you'll need more work experience before applying, and you'll be able to come up with a plan based on the information you get from them.

Most Business Schools will expect you to have 2-5 years of work experience before you apply, but there are some Programs that do not technically require any work experience. In those situations, you have to make sure that your application is strong enough to 'make up for' the lack of work experience though - so your GPA and GMAT score (and essays) become even MORE important.
Have you done any research into the specific type of MBA that interests you? Once you can define THAT, you should be able to find some Programs that match your career goals and situation. If those Programs will accept applicants with 0 work experience, then you can proceed with your plans. If they do NOT accept those type of applicants though, you might have to rethink your approach (and change your timeline so that it will allow you to get the work experience that you'll need to apply).
