Hi,
Would Admissions Teams frown upon an applicant who asks about acceptance rate? Or other stats such as GMAT or GPA, if they are not published?
Thanks!

As long as you are polite, no. And as long as the information is not easily available, no.334MBA wrote:Hi,

Average GPA and GMAT scores are frequently on the schools' web sites or on sites like US News or BusinessWeek. Check these out before asking the school directly.
Participants in Accepted's chat with MBA admissions directors occasionally ask for stats that the schools don't want to give out, and the school reps just say that they either don't have those stats broken down that way or don't give them out. They don't seem annoyed at all.
Best,
Linda
