Need confirmation after submission.

by aim-wsc » Thu Apr 08, 2010 5:25 am
Hello,

Unlike earlier scholarship application process, we have form submission this year. I want to know whether admin sends a confirmatory email to the applicant as a receipt of his successful submission?

In most of the cases all written data if lost in transition due to connection trouble/failure or other interruptions, (This is not applicable in case of Firefox browser) an applicant may not know for certain whether the 'submit' process was successful or not.
Also one may apply using other's id/email id & there's no way to trace.
I think, confirmatory email from BTG admin is necessary.

I just thought to bring this to your attention.

Ready to discuss if you're not clear.

Thanks for the suggestion. We do have a confirmation screen that appears upon successful completion of the application form. Do you think we need to have an e-mail too?

Hi,

Is there anyway by which one can be sure that the scholarship application is submitted successfully?

And, can someone put up the screenshot of the confirmation screen that we are refering to in the previous posts?

Regards,
Jay

Thanks for submitting your application for The 2010 Beat The GMAT Scholarship. We will announce winners on the Beat The GMAT website on May 27, 2010.

Good luck!
I assume everything's OK, right?

Here's a confirmation screenshot, just for your reference!

After you submit your application, you may have to scroll all the way to the top of the page to see this.
