Executive Assessment

by sudarshna » Thu Feb 06, 2020 12:58 am
Hello! I am a media professional with 8 years of experience in India and UAE.Currently, I am looking for 1 year MBA Programs, most of them require GMAT but some also accept executive assessment score.I do not know much about this test and was hoping for some guidance about it. How much work ex is required before you are eligible to submit EA to schools? Also, would anyone know where free practice test for EA would be available?

You'll find details of the EA test here: Executive Assessment.

Since you're aiming for regular MBA programs, why not just go with the regular GMAT. It's been around for much longer and there are a lot of prep resources for it.

Also, you may find its value beyond admissions. Depending on which career you're targetting, some recruiters (mostly in consulting, finance) ask for GMAT scores.

Yes, it's a bit of a pain to go through the grind, but you'll have many more opportunities opening up with the GMAT compared to the relatively new EA.
