Hi I have a question regarding letter of recommendation.
I had a one-month internship and two-month internship and I would like my supervisors to write me a letter of recommendation because I did develop a close relationship with them. However, the length of time is quite short. So, my question is will it be okey to get them to write me the letters?

Well, the length of the time they have known is crucial when choosing recommenders. The reason being a business school wants to hear a complete picture of the applicant from someone who knows you well and has been in a position to evaluate you. They want the data provided by you in the essays to be validated and take an objective assessment of your abilities.
If work ex wise you don't feel any other recommender is doing justice and then go ahead and use this option. You should also check with the schools you are applying as certain schools are very strict on length of time the recommender has known you. Choosing the best recommender is a very challenging decision - no question. To help make your decision easier, increasing your pool of potential recommenders is key. That is why I suggest that you think about it a year or so before your actual application date.

If you are concerned that your pool will be limited, I suggest that you get involved in extra-curricular activities outside of work - preferably those that demonstrate leadership ability. In addition to joining a Board (or Jr. Board) of Directors for a local nonprofit, consider becoming a volunteer consultant that assists small businesses with strategic challenges. Both experiences will provide you an opportunity to work with professionals outside your normal network, enhance your existing team and communication skills, and increase your network of potential recommenders.

I suggest that you consider organizations such as SCORE, Net Impact, USALC, or Taproot as a potential partner in your volunteer explorations. These organizations facilitate consulting projects for both nonprofits and small businesses in need.
