Please find attached the file with my debrief from my GMAT Test yesterday. It is quit long because I wanted to include everything that helped me to get a decent score, hoping that it may be helpful for some of you.

Thanks.

Your most valuable advice in entire debrief was to have a half pound weed and:

Lie down - close your eyes - try to think of something other than GMAT (whatever it may be, a game, a picnic, an incident at work, something other than GMAT). If you cannot make your mind go away from GMAT, try to recollect some of the things you have written down in your flashcards. Most probably, they will be some basic theories, for example, what is implied by X>0 (it means X may be a positive fraction or a positive integer). This technique helped me the most on the day before the test (this last Thursday !!), when I forced myself not to study anymore and tried to relax.

Congratsss!!! very good debrief!

Your experience also inspire people who think that they have invested a lot of time into GMAT preparation and after this time devotion their score couldn't be improve then How it can, possibily, be improved. You said that you prepared:

2 Months lightly
3 Monthly Extensively
Total
5 Month preparation

Now if you spread extensive preparation months on the same duration as light prepration as many of us have job or other things going on.

Let's say :

1 month of extensive preparation = 3 month of light Preparation
or
1 month of extensive preparation = 2 month of moderate preparation

So you invested:
1 month of extensive preparation = 3 month of light Preparation (11 months of Light Preparation as per this measure)
or
1 month of extensive preparation = 2 month of moderate preparation (8 months of moderate preparation as per this measure)

So conclusively, don't feel nervous if you feel that you have invested close to a year because this is normal

I agree with you Vivecan. There is no shortcut to success. Although there are exceptions, where you will see people getting 700+ scores after studying for 45 hours or so, generally you need to study for quite some time to do good in this Test.

Well, Good Luck !!
