I will let someone else provide input on the European universities however you should aim for a top 20 US program in order for your ROI to be worthwhile. It is difficult to say which schools will offer the most scholarships and grants since the financial landscape is shifting due to a decrease in available student loans. The following webiste https://www.careerdynamo.com/mba/mba_get ... s_usa.html lists many scholarship/grants sources that may be useful to you. You should also contact the programs for school specific scholarships that may be available.
