Hi,

You would need to check the university rankings and class profile for finding the Universities for you. Given the gmat score you will be able to apply to tier 2 universities mostly. What we can help you are in defining criteria's that should be kept in mind while selecting schools. The best way to choose a B school is based on career goals. You need to see if the schools will help you realizing those goals. Apart from that factors like what the school specializes in, geography location including urban/rural factor, size of classes in school (big class or small class), alumni success rate. Also you need to keep in consideration what recruiters tend to come on campus. You can talk to alumni's and career center wings to know further the opportunities the school provides you.

Hi Team,

I took GMAT Exam and scored 560 (Q49 , V17), IR -6 & AWA-4.

I have 9 years of IT Experience including 3 years of International Experience. Please suggest Bschools in India & USA where I can apply for 1 year executive programmes.

Thanks
Nikhil

I posted this in the other thread, but in case you are following this one. Given your GMAT score, I would look at schools in the 30-50 range on the rankings table. Check out schools like, Boston University, University of Pittsburgh Katz, University of Iowa Tippe, University of Wisconsin, Temple, George Washington, etc. It's a big investment, make sure it is something you really want to do and know what you are going to do afterwards. Good luck to you sir!

Well, all schools will accept a 560. However, it will be very hard to get into a top twenty school with that low of a GMAT. Given that fact that you have only two years of experience, my recommendation would be that you spend another two years working. During that time you can focus on improving your GMAT score and maybe open up some of the top schools to yourself.
