The general admission requirements for MBA in India are listed below. Meeting the minimum entry requirements does not guarantee admission, as space in each program is limited. A holistic approach is taken during the application review process and all components of the application are thoroughly reviewed.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited post-secondary institution with a minimum B average in the last two completed years of academic work (or equivalent).
Applicants with a 3-year degree may be considered for admission with one year of work experience beyond the required minimum.
Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or Graduate Record Examination (GRE)

Acceptable scores on all measures of the GMAT or GRE
Please use the following codes to send us your scores for these tests: GMAT code Z75-X8-30 (Full-time program), Z75-X8-23 (Part-time program) or GRE code 5697

Work experience
Relevant post-degree, minimum two years of full-time work experience or life experience

Completion of the online application which requires:
Essay (2 written, 1 timed written, 2 video)
an up-to-date resume
two references
Unofficial copies of transcripts from all post-secondary institutions previously attended*
Unofficial copies of GMAT or GRE scores*

Proof of English language proficiency if studies were not completed in English.
Prepare yourself for tomorrow's career challenges!

MBA Eligibility Criteria at LPU

by Manan_LPU » Tue Feb 14, 2023 11:58 pm
LPU admission to MBA and MBA (Hons) is based on a valid score in LPU NEST/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ NMAT, followed by a Personal Interview (PI) round, conducted by the University. If a candidate has an 80 percentile in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT or a score of 230 in NMAT, then LPU NEST is exempted. The University also conducts LPU NEST, which is a gateway to getting scholarships that students can avail of during their course. Given below is the minimum eligibility criteria of the course along with LPU MBA fees:

Eligibility: A pass in bachelor’s degree in any stream or equivalent with a minimum of 55% aggregate (65% aggregate for MBA (with international credit transfer option), subject to qualifying LPU NEST/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT, followed by a PI round, or Completed Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), subject to qualifying a PI round.

**Relaxation:

A total of 5% relaxation on eligibility is granted for North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants
A total of 10% relaxation on eligibility is granted for outstanding sportspersons (A/A+ category as per Sports Scholarship), subject to verification from the selection committee of the university

MBA Eligibility Criteria at LPU

by Sankalp Shrivastava » Tue Feb 21, 2023 6:49 am
A legitimate result in the LPU NEST/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ NMAT is essential for admission to the MBA and MBA (Hons) programmes at LPU. This is followed by a Personal Interview (PI) round that is conducted by the university. LPU NEST is waived for applicants who score in the top 80% on the CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, or who get a 230 on the NMAT. The university also runs LPU NEST, a programme that opens doors to scholarships that students may use while enrolled in classes. The basic requirements for the programme and the LPU MBA costs are shown below.

Eligibility: Completion of a Company Secretary (CS) programme from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), subject to qualifying a PI round, or a Bachelor's degree in any stream or equivalent with a minimum of 55% overall (65% overall for an MBA with the option of transferring credits from abroad).
Hope this helps!!
