Thank you for reaching out. When it comes to convincing the admissions committee to accept you into the program despite your 19+ years of work experience, there are a few things to keep in mind.

Firstly, highlight the unique perspectives and skills you have gained from your work experience. Your experience as a metallurgical engineer and IT professional gives you a unique perspective on problem-solving and an ability to approach challenges from different angles. Emphasize how your work experience has prepared you to contribute to the classroom and to the program as a whole.

Secondly, discuss your motivation for pursuing an MBA at this point in your career. What are your specific goals, and how will an MBA help you achieve them? Be clear about what you hope to gain from the program and how it will help you advance in your career.

Lastly, show the admissions committee that you have a growth mindset and are open to learning and expanding your skillset. While your work experience is undoubtedly valuable, it's also important to show that you're eager to learn new things and are committed to personal and professional growth.

I hope these tips are helpful as you prepare your application. Good luck with the admissions process!
