WARNING- I accidentally enrolled in the program (mistaking this program for Manhattan GMAT) and tried to cancel within 24 hours. Additionally, this was before any classes began and I had not received any materials. Manhattan Review refused to cancel my transaction and essentially said "too bad." Additionally, they refused to provide hard copies of the material saying it was bc of COVID concerns (but I soon found out they were printing materials and sending them as separate costs). I was EXTREMELY disappointed by the lack of professionalism and felt that I was tricked into a contract based on promises that were not met. Further, when Class 1 began, half the class expressed that they had no idea what was going on and felt blindsighted/frustrated with the program. We were thrown into the middle of an ongoing class and were told we would get the introductory information... four weeks later.
I never write reviews but this was extremely frustrating and I find what they did extremely wrong and hope others dont make the same mistake.
DO NOT ENROLL IN MANHATTAN REVIEW.
(They have a similar name to MANHATTAN GMAT- and apparently do this as a way to mislead students into signing up for their program).
I have tried to talk to the program multiple times and they continue to refuse to let me out of the program (despite failing to meet their promises, refusing to send the course materials, and all of this was before any services were rendered).
