Looking for GMAT flashcard testers!

by beatthegmat » Tue May 19, 2009 4:58 pm
Hi Beat The GMAT community,

In the next few weeks, Beat The GMAT will be releasing a major update to the Beat The GMAT Flashcard set. The set will correct some errors on the previous deck as well as feature a new and improved design.

I'm looking for volunteers to help me quality test these flashcards. If you are interested in checking out these cards and helping me identify any discrepancies, please let me know ASAP.

I can send these cards to you by noon tomorrow (5/20, 12pm PST), and would like to get feedback from you no later than Friday.

Please respond to this thread if you're interested! Thanks for your help!

Eric,

I'd be happy to take a look at the new flash cards and offer my 2 cents on them.

I guess, there should have been selection criteria (99%tile+ etc.) for testers.

This resource is for all test takers, so feedback from any current gmat student is welcome!

What I kind of response do you expect?

Are you looking for general feedback?
Or
you want to proofread/test the flashcards?

Good question, let me be more specific with my instructions.

I'm looking for help in:

(1) Proofreading - making sure there weren't any typos
(2) Clarity - making sure that the concept featured in the cards seems clear

I've already had a top Kaplan instructor review content for conceptual accuracy, so I think we're okay there.

Thanks again volunteers, I will be sending you the flashcards in the next few moments. Can you please provide feedback before noon PDT on Tuesday 5/26?

You guys rock.

Add me to the list as well. I am considering giving the GMAT again so may as well start revising some of the concepts.
