Looking for a GMAT Tutor

by MRichard » Tue Jun 07, 2011 9:22 am
Hi, does anyone have had a good experience with a private tutor? I am looking for one. I excel in a one-on-one learning environment. I need someone who can help to find my weaknesses, who can help me to make a strategy to try to get my best score and most important who will really care about my improvement; maybe I am asking for a lot, but I hope there could be someone like that. I will really appreciate if someone suggest me a tutor or tutors please!

Everyone have their own study method. From what I have experienced, Group learning is the best. You will come to know about your weaknesses, you can hear others strategies and find out which will work best for you and definitely the whole group will care for you as they are also in the same critical prep situation as yours. :) I guess it answers at least part of your question. :)

I am not sure about the private tutors but you can join some online one-on-one classes from the GMAT prep providers. :)

MRichard,

I see that you're interested in Private Tutoring. The Princeton Review has Private Tutoring both in person and online (using our interactive online classroom). We have amazing tutors that can help you target your weaknesses, and create a plan and strategy to improve your score. They really care about your goals and working together to achieve them. I don't think that's too much to ask of a tutor! By the way, what is your score now? What is your ideal score?

What city are you in? I can suggest specific tutors once I know your city. You can also search through our tutoring options here: https://testprep.princetonreview.com/Cou ... earch.aspx, or you can give me a call at 888.758.7737 ext 5017 so we can discuss your options.

Thanks,
Anthony Russomanno
