I think we can use subjunctive as well as infinitive with 'require'. can anybody please explain when to use which form? would appreciate if someone can provide simple examples.

I think that C is wrong, because in this version it is not clear what "the same" is. What "the same" is required? Amount, number, quantity? Sounds vaguely.

However, in other versions "the same" is not specified either.

According to Manhattan GMAT SC Guide, the form "requires of... to do/be..." is incorrect form.
So, C is wrong.
