Since the economy slows down, chances are becoming slim to get ahead as planned. However, being an applicant in early 40's seems quite unusual. Is it a big disadvantage for the Adcom?

Most business schools are trending towards younger applicants in their full time daytime programs. However, executive MBA programs tend to have more experienced and older professionals. You might want to explore the executive MBA options for a better fit.
