Invited to a second Interview...
This topic has expert replies
I had my interview with a school last week and today I got an email asking me to schedule a second interview with their Career Management Center director in order to answer additional questions. I have been searching for instances of such interviews and can't really find any. Is this common?

This sounds like a ploy to get you to love their school more or to figure out if their career management office is equipped to handle a candidate like you. Either way, I think it's a good sign. It's an investment of resources and that means they like you.

If I spoke with your previous boss, what in which areas would he or she say you need improvement?
What are the first five things you would do if you got this position?
