India, like Italy and China, has no single dominant cuisine: Indian food comprises many different styles of cooking, with each a product of their regional influences, from the fiery vegetarian dishes of the south to the Portuguese-influenced Goan cooking of the West, to the more familiar Mogul food of the North

1. with each a product of their
2. with each as a product of its
3. each products of their
4. each a product of
5. each products of

I understand that option 2 is wrong, but option 4 also doesn't sound good .
"each a product of regional influence" it need its. doesn't it?
Thanks,
Ashutosh

somehow I feel that we don't require it's after each a product of because it's necessary that style of cooking is a product of it's own regional influence but I am not sure on this.............

Since the subject "Indian Food" is Singular-- we can directly eliminate 1 & 3.

2 lacks in Parallelism. Eliminate...

5th looks awkward to me. 4th is correct with the usage "Each a product" --
