Answer: C

Solution:

We see that there are 80 female students in the class and hence, there are 200 - 80 = 120 male students. Furthermore, we see that 200 x 0.1 = 20 students are female non-American students and 200 x 3/5 = 120 students are American students. Therefore, there must be 200 - 20 - 120 = 60 male non-American students and hence there are 120 - 60 = 60 male American students.

Answer: C
