5x-3y = 7
-4x+2y = 3
Adding the equations:
x-y = 10
2x-2y = 20
-4x+2y = 3
Adding the equations:
x-y = 10
2x-2y = 20

Answer: E
If we add the two equations, we have:
x - y = 10
Therefore, 2x - 2y = 2(x - y) = 2(10) = 20.
