Rate $$=\dfrac{7}{10} \ast \dfrac{C}{6} = \dfrac{7}{60} \ast C$$

So, for full capacity, time taken $$=\dfrac{60}{7}$$

Extra time taken to fill the capacity $$=$$ time for full tank $$-$$ time for $$\dfrac{7}{10}$$ capacity $$= \dfrac{60}{7}-6 =\dfrac{18}{7}$$

Therefore, D
