Identification requirements

by Fahadmoeen » Sun Jul 02, 2017 3:54 am
Hi everyone,

I live in Pakistan, I have my test scheduled on Tuesday 4th July, I was trying to see what documents I require for the appointment. I was under the impression that my Driver's license or ID Card should be sufficient. But after a little research today I found that I need my passport. Unfortunately, I don't have my passport with me, I have applied for the visa of Spain so my passport is with their embassy.. The processing time for the visa is 14-21 days and I'm not sure when I will get my passport back.

In this case can I get an exemption? I have copies of my passport and other original documents (ID CARD and Driving License)

If passport is mandatory what are my options, I cannot reschedule my test since my test date is less than 2 days away. I'm really confused, I was hoping I can give the test this week. I prepared for 2 months and really cant believe that I wont be able to give it all because of this issue.

Looking forward to your response
-Thanks,
