I can't schedule the date exam.

Dear Sir/Madam

I'm trying to schedule my GMAT exam date on the first of December.
However, after I had reached the website page that need to fill my credit card information, I filled it properly and it failed. Then I re-filled the information again 2-3 times, it show me this error message.

""Block Error
We're sorry, there is a problem with your GMAT account which requires you to speak with customer care. Please visit www.mba.com/contact to find the appropriate phone number.""

Please contact me urgently. I have to make an appointment as soon as possible.
