Hi All,
I have total close to 12 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist (Recruiter), I want to boost my career, So I want to do EMBA from top colleges like IIMs and XLRI , My Question is will it be useful, as I don't have any management experience ,My GMAT score is 730, but I have poor academics my BTECH Percentage is 58% , will I get admission in any IIMs OR XLRI , I am in very confused stage , need your help thanks

First off, a 730 is an outstanding score (it's above the 90th percentile overall), so you can apply to any Business Schools that interest you. ultimately asking Admissions questions though, so you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile. Given your seniority and the fact that you're going for an EMBA, I do not think your low undergraduate grades will be as much of an issue as you think. The main things you need to show will be your clear need for the EMBA at this point in your career, and some demonstration that you have the academic strength to succeed in a rigorous program. Some people show this by taking graded coursework in an area that will round out their profile (such as Math for Management), in parallel with the MBA application process. That way, you're showing your commitment to thrive in an academic setting.
