How to Improvize

by prtkgoyal » Thu Jun 09, 2011 3:46 am
Hii everyone....

I am just new to this forum and just starting to prepare for GMAT. I have tested myself yesterday to measure where I stand now by Kaplan free GMAT test, and got a score of 580. I am okay in quant section (96 percentile acc. to KAPLAN test) but the real problem is with verbal (only 56 percentile :( ). My goal is to score at least 720+, for which I am looking to how to start for my preparations. Anybody got any experience, please share with me.

Thanks in advance. :)

When are you taking the GMAT test? If you have enough time, try joining the study plans from the forum. You can go to these pages here

What materials are you using for preparation? For verbal you can use MGMAT verbal guides. They are great. Try taking practice test periodically to check your level.

P.S Dont worry about the first practice test scores. Many have excelled in the top percentile. :)
If I am wrong correct me :), If my post helped let me know by clicking the Thanks button ;).
