How do you respond to

by devilzsoul » Thu Sep 01, 2016 2:21 pm
All, I am feeling the dread of not able to think through this particular question.

I am applying to Booth, the question "is there is anything else you would like the admissions committee to know about you" is causing me all kind of pain, should I extend on my extra curricular activities? should I pick up one or 2 life defining events? should I expand on areas of skills that I couldnt talk a lot about..

I am not sure what to do. I will appreciate some insight.

Regards

Hiya,

I know it can be challenging! ;) The best advice I have is to FIRST identify what the most important elements of YOU are that you want Booth or schools to know... that list might be a mixture of strengths, life experiences, accomplishments, interests, passions, influences etc. THEN see what you've already shown in the main essay, and THEN look back and determine which that remain are most important to get in there and show the admissions committee! Hope that helps!
