The level of difficulty in verbal was more or less the same as that of GMAT Prep. If your consistently scoring 35+ in verbal in GMAT Prep I believe you shouldn't have much of a problem in the actually GMAT.

But I definitely found Quant section more challenging in the actual GMAT than in GMAT Prep. Especially if your doing well in the exam you can feel the level of difficulty increasing. I dint face much difficulty while solving the quant section of the GMAT Prep.

Just my opinion.

When I passed trough the GMAT and scored 620 (47 Q) i had math questions of more-or-less the same difficulty level as i had in GMATPrep. I do not remember my verbal section because i bombed it with 27 points :?
I hope that Mals24's opinion about the difficulty of verbal part is true, because my scores in GMATPrep are in range 37-41. I dont want it to be more difficult :)

I agree with mals24 that the Q section was trickier than I had thought...I consistently scored in the 44-46 range in all my preps but bombed it on the bid day! scored a dismal 39!!
I thought the verbal section was almost the same level as the gmat prep...

I scored 680 on the real test but 700 on gmatprep. I found the two tests very similar though, and I did better in the Q of the real test than in gmatprep. I really think it's VERY predictable!
