After going through a 7-week prep course I was able to achieve a high verbal and overall score, but my math score is below the 80th percentile threshold that many top programs are looking for as the norm. I have a strong undergraduate GPA in Finance courses (3.8) and my work experience in Valuation and then Strategy/Corporate Finance has been very quantitative.

I'm applying to 5-6 programs, all top 10, pursuing General Management. How much will my very high verbal score make me stand out and how much might my math score hold me back considering my quantitative experience?

Honestly, I would take it again if you are looking at top programs. mid 60th percentile can be tough to overcome. Plus if you get that quant up you are going to have a rockstar score!
