helping out a friend, gmat prep courses in Toronto

I'm just helping out a friend here who wants to do a class/bootcamp kinda thing for gmat.
Can someone advise which are the best ones offered in Toronto?

He is targeting 700+ score.

We've narrowed it down to Oxford or Richardson which are both offered at UofT St. George.
Any feedback on which one is better?
