B wrong because of parallelism broadens and feigns while in the original sentence hissing and rearing are being used

Broadening and feigning are the only two elements which snake does,here is no requirement of preposition and before eventuallyirock wrote:Option E awkward in the sense?

but in the correct answer C also, "and" is used before "eventually" ! the only difference b/w options C & E are "it has" and "with". is the usage of "with" in option C incorrect? if so, why?
