Statement 1 says k>4!. K could be 29 which is prime. Hence information not sufficient.
Statement 2 says 13!+2 less than or equal to K which is less than or equal to 13!+13. This statement is sufficient.
13!+2 can be stated as 2(13*12*11*10*9*8*7*6*5*4*3*1+1) and so can 13!+3 till 13!+13.
Hence there will be a integer p as a factor of K such that 1>p>k
