Good question red217. I would also love to get an opinion on this. Same situation it's quant that constitutes my biggest challenge.

Hi, I don't know how efficient and helpful can be GMAT Prep Now. I am currently enrolled in the Economist gmat tutor and it's great. Really easy to understand. Also, it gives you good strategies to answer the questions efficiently. So far that's my experience, and I'm loving this course, highly recommend it.

Let's see if someone else can weigh in the discussion and give a perspective on GMAT Prep Now.

Regards.

Hi All,

There are a variety of GMAT prep options/courses/etc. to be had. Rather than try to make a sales pitch, I'll offer this to help YOU decide:

Look at the various free samples that the companies offer - take the quiz, workshop, practice test, etc. and experience the material firsthand. The measures of a course's value are in its ease of use and if it helped YOU to achieve your goal. Certain programs work for some people, but not for others.

Also, consider your timeline and the price involved. The GMAT is a BIG DEAL and so is Business School. Skimping on your GMAT prep (either by not spending enough effort or money) is a mistake that might keep you from a great school and an amazing future.

If you have any questions about the EMPOWERgmat course, then feel free to email me directly.

@candyrocio, im taking the 7 day trial with economist, what i dont understand is, is the paid version the same way as the trial?.

@red217: Hello again - in the end I did the economist trial and have now upgraded to the paid version. I have to say it's very good and there is so much to cover... I have yet to fully try the tutoring part so can't comment on that yet. However for the maths it is really helping. Not with re-learning the basics which are so far away for me (that seems to happen as I encounter the problems) but how to fully understand the real questions behind the calculations. Well worth a try. It it pretty much the same past the trial, except you get more tests, tutoring and AWA questions. My only downside to it is on one session I try to send comments so I get more feedback and progress faster / in a more tailored way, but it seems each indivual comment is handled by a different tutor, meaning that they never see my coments over one whole session and can only answer to tiny parts of it. I've given them this feedback, and now try to comment in blocks rather than on each part. Hopefully that will help.

For the maths I found this: https://gmatclub.com/forum/gmat-math-boo ... 30609.html

I have yet to see how good a reference it will be for me, but it is very good so far.
