vowels:V
consonants:C

VCCVCCV

keeping V and C position relatively same,

(3!/2)[div by 2 for two 'a's are there and to eliminate redundancy]x4!=72

A_ _ E _ _ A

for vowels = 3!/2! = 3

for consonants = 4!

so 3*4! = 72
