Gmat Study plan plus CONFUSION!!

by red217 » Tue Nov 20, 2012 6:03 pm
hey all,
i started off with the Gmat prep using the manhattan Gmat study guides and the OG 13 and its been more than month now. I suddenly stopped in between and found the BTG 60 day study plan and started off with it (i found this plan very structured and helpful but im getting a little confused following it right now).
I did not go for a test in the beginning because i know i am bad in the quant section and need a major refresher before attempting a test.
Do you think its a good idea to first go through all the Manhattan Quant guides topic by topic and then attempt a test or should i just start off with the 60 day plan.
please HELP!!

Your prep plan should concentrate on learning the theory and revising the quant first, if you feel that you need it. You should use tests (especially GMAT Prep tests) and the OG in order to check your knowledge so it is recommendable to start doing tests after you have covered a good comprehensive course concerned with what is tested by the GMAT. Note well that you should use the OG as a tool to test your performance rather than a resource to learn from.
