MBA Enterpreneurship Programs

by montemayor87 » Tue Aug 28, 2012 8:44 pm
Hello,

I am very interested in graduating with a good startup company either owned by me or as a partner with a classmate. I will like to take classes of how to run a family business as well (in case a startup company does not work out quite as well). I have considered Babson College (Boston) and IE (Madrid). Do you agree with both of my choices? Do you strongly disagree with any? Do you recommend any other? I am from Mexico.

Regards,

-AM

Babson is a smart choice. It is consistently ranked the top entrepreneurship MBA program in the US - and with good reason. Coursework is combined with experiential opportunities in which you can actively apply the skills that you're gaining. The school is also located just outside of Boston, one of the strongest entrepreneurial/VC communities in the US (outside of NY and the Valley). Finally, Babson has a large international student contingent, facilitating networking and a more global "view" of business, both of which will support you in your entrepreneurial ambitions!
