I'll be presenting this free interactive session to help folks feeling anxiety and stress. It will be helpful for those navigating this pandemic who feel emotional dysregulation, and extremely useful for those who have test anxiety and stress when taking high stakes tests like the GRE and GMAT. I will be introducing methods to:

• Embody a sense of wellbeing
• Increase capacity for focus and optimal performance
• Improve time management
• Access your inner wisdom and an intuitive state.
• Manifest your best self on high-stakes tests

COVID-19 defines a transition point in our lives. It is a time of crisis and change, the largest humanity has faced collectively. It is also an incredible opportunity to look inward at our thought patterns, beliefs, actions, and behaviors to take inventory on which ones serve us and what we still need for the best version of our future selves.

Whether your journey includes contemplating career shifts, additional education, or working with others who are hugely impacted by stress, we need tools to best address our new normal, now. Together, we can dissolve patterns that hold us back, move towards intention, effectiveness, and employ ways to advance personally and professionally. Choosing radical self-care to feel calm and focus benefits us as well as whoever else we are marooned or work with during Shelter in Place.

This highly interactive workshop is ideal if you are struggling with anxiety, fear, insomnia, or the inability to focus. It’s also ideal if you’re working with students or are personally preparing for a high stakes test like the SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, LSAT, etc. If you are doing well at this time, the skills will support greater productivity and evolved personal growth.
