The Answer is C
1) out of 40 cows if more than twice are cows we have some possible solutions for (C,P)
(27,13),(28,12),(29,11),(30,10),... So we can't say How many cows are there ==> BCE
2) We have more than 12 Pigs, this statement alone doesn't help to answer the question==> CE
Considering both statements only (27,13) can be the solution ==>C
